❖ Leadership & Supervision:
o Lead, coach, and manage the procurement team across multiple categories.
o Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance through KPIs.
o Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and healthcare professionals to align procurement with project goals.
❖ Procurement Operations:
o Manage end-to-end procurement activities: requisitions, RFQs, tendering, evaluation, contracting, and purchase orders.
o Source direct and indirect materials.
o Procure and manage vendors for direct and indirect works and services.
o Ensure on-time delivery of supplies and services to all sites and healthcare facilities.
o Supplier & Contract Management:
o Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, warranties, after-sales service, and long-term partnerships.

o Ensure compliance with medical standards requirements.
o Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain approved vendor lists.
❖ Compliance & Documentation:
o Guarantee adherence to procurement policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.
o Support audits, certifications, and documentation for GEPD projects.
o Monitor product shelf life, technical specifications, and storage conditions.
❖ Reporting & Analysis:
o Track spending, budgets, and procurement KPIs.
o Provide management reports and insights to support strategic decisions.
o Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

❖ Support the end-to-end procurement process, including the subcontractors and suppliers
identification, evaluation, and analyze offers and compare, and negotiation, oversee
supplier performance and nurture partnerships, establishing measurable KPIs to maintain
the steady flow of supply chain activities.
❖ Developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies to optimize
procurement processes and achieve cost savings.
❖ Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and
service levels.
❖ Generate the POs process for handled requests and enter them into the SAP system.
❖ Drafting contracts and ensuring the legal integrity of contracting documents.
❖ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the organizations procurement
needs, and identify potential suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions while
ensuring cost efficiency and maintaining quality standards.
❖ Sourcing new suppliers and ensuring the purchased products and materials meet the
required technical specifications.
❖ Produce and scrutinize procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts, presenting senior
management with pertinent insights to enable astute decision-making.
❖ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Legal, and Operations, to ensure
seamless coordination and alignment in procurement activities.
❖ Monitor the warehouse workflow, storage & revise SAP material codes and materials

❖ Inspect and process purchasing requisitions.
