Everyone knows the importance of the job of the manager of stakeholders in the projects and the extent of their influence on the success of the project and we in our company are working to determine all the parties involved and the strength of their influence on the progress of the project and work to involve them in a positive manner and get their satisfaction in the stages of the project and reach the goals required of us as Jacobs team

The Project Management Office (PMO) supervises all capital project portfolios in the WDS water distribution sector in the Kingdom with the participation of an international consultant to apply professional best practices in project management and implementation of water support functions in the regions through technical consultations and field visits to identify implementation phases and follow up projects Initiatives, and support the management of water services in those areas in case of suspension of projects for technical reasons or any other problems.

To perform the duties of the Director of Qunfudah Water Branch and to perform the following tasks:
1- Receiving customer complaints and finding solutions for providing water services and environmental services by studying the possibility of including customer requests in current and future projects in the governorate.
2- Supervising the operation and maintenance projects in the governorate and the villages that are affiliated with it, whose value exceeds 75 million riyals.
3- Supervising the implementation of water projects and environmental services in the governorate with a value exceeding 90 million riyals.

1- Follow-up operation and maintenance of micro-wells projects in the province,
2- Supervising the implementation of environmental services projects in Taif Governorate.
3- Member of Taif Highly Committee to update the data for NWC projects.
4-. Review the financial invoices of contractor and the consultancy contract.
5 - Work on finding technical solutions to any obstacles faced by the project.
6 - Coordination with the service agencies to facilitate the issuance of permits to the contractor and prepare the necessary communications required by the senior management.
7 - Working with the technical support team by the French company SAUR in its supervisory functions and acquisition of scientific expertise through the application of the best international standards in the field of project management.
8- Review shop drawings submitted by the contractor
9- Supervision of implementation of all piping work starting drilling and extension of the pipelines and even the stage of the implementation of asphalt work for the track of drilling.
10. Review the schedule of quantities submitted by contractors
11 - Follow up the performance of the consultant supervisor and review the executive drawings submitted by the contractor.
12 - Ensure that the contractor implement the quality standards of implementation and work on testing samples submitted by him.
13 - Participation in the committees receiving the work for all stages of implementation (drilling - extension pipes - fill - asphalt).
14 - Head of committees of delivery of the site and the receipt of primary and final for all projects of the province.
