•Ensure successful achievement of project aspects; time, cost, scope, quality, risk & benefits.
•Create and execute project plans: communication plan, procurement plan, financial plan, HR plan, work break down structure, quality plan, project scope statement, etc.
•Attend all project related meetings: kick off, technical, status updates, problem solving, follow-ups, decision making meetings.
•Manage project risk: risk plan, risk analysis & control.
•Ensures a proper project closure and obtain user/owner approval.
•Prepare weekly& monthly project status reports.
