Responsible for customer's Accounts, Fixed deposits, Loans, Credit cards, Wire transfers, Bancassurance and almost any other transaction required by customers.
Responsible for the branch sales target & customer's satisfaction, Generating reports and handling complaints and reporting to the branch manager or the respective department.
Communicating with Legal & AML unit and providing feedback regarding any suspected money laundering operations
