•Secondary Voltage injection and Synch. Loop check.
•380KV/132KV/33KV/13.8KV Current transformer (CT) & Voltage transformer (VT) Test (Insulation Resistance, Polarity, winding resistance, ratio....).
•Circuit breaker and (DS/ES) timing test.
•RTK Annunciator programing and testing.
•All types of (86) Lock-out and (94) tripping relays such as (Alstom, Siemens, ABB, arteche, .....)
• All types of Auxiliary relays, Timers, under/over voltage relay, MCCB, MCB, CT supervision, VT supervision relay, Ammeter, Voltmeter and power meter.
•SF6 dew point, gauge calibration and leakage test.
•10KV insulation test for GIS earth switch.
•MICOM P142, P139, GE F650, ABB REF 615 Protection relay.

Familiar with most testing equipments such as:
FREJA-ODEN-CPC100-CT ANALYZER-MOM EGIL-SVERKER-MEGGER-B10E-SF6 ANALYZER.

Responsibilities:
• Review the customer specifications, single line diagram and panel schedules, perform electrical design for low voltage panels, select bill of materials for the quotation to successfully meet the customer’s specification requirements, and provide clarifications and exceptions for specification items that cannot be met, or out of the company scope of work.
• Studying financial and technical offer for low voltage panels such as :
- Power Distribution Panel Boards PDB
- Automatic Transfer Switch Panels ATS
- Manual Transfer Switch Panels MTS
- Motor Control Center Panels MCC (D.O.L - Y/Δ - Soft starter - Drives)
- Power Factor Corrections Panels PFC
- Phase Sequence Correction Panels
• Review the shop drawings, and ensure of its compliance with customer request, and that the control system will function as per required.
• Participate in the technical meetings with customer, when necessary.
• Follow-up the manufacturing operations, as well as participation in a routine tests: (Visual Inspection - Mechanical Operation - Electrical Operation)
• Studying heat dissipation and ventilation system for the electric panel.
• Keep in touch with the customer till the deal is close.

• Motors & Drives:
- Select the suitable drive for the suitable application.
- Installation, programming and commissioning the variable speed drive VSD for
different industrial and commercial applications.
• Sensors & Instrumentations:
- Familiar with many types of sensors such as proximity sensors, photoelectric
sensor, laser sensors, color vision sensors and transparent object sensors.
- Familiar with temperature controllers, timers, counters, tachometers, signal
converters, programmable indicators, general purpose measurement, control
devices and a lot of other digital meters.
- Familiar with the Level Detection and Transmission sensors for liquid, solids or
powders level measurement for different industries.
• Technical support:
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services
and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and
interpreting their requirements.
- Presenting to clients products or services that best satisfy their needs in terms of
quality, price and delivery.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other
marketing events.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Providing training and support to other members of the sales team.
- Preparing status and progress reports.
