new categorisation system that streamlined user discovery and
navigation for diverse venue types.
Operational Excellence: Orchestrated a high-velocity sprint for Dubai
Restaurant Week, onboarding over 130 venues in just 7 days with
100% data accuracy.
Product Launch & Management: Led the operational setup for the
GoOut product launch, coordinating unique components for over 100
events across Kids Activities, Theme Parks, and Spa & Massage.
Process Automation & AI Integration: Standardised regional
workflows by integrating AI productivity tools to optimise day-to-day
tasks, content summarisation, and automated data systems for offers
across multiple cities.
Leadership & Design: as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to train
cross-city teams on CMS protocols, while utilising Figma to design
high-visibility assets for digital billboards and curated collections.

Mastered Content Management Systems (CMS), focusing on the
accurate entry of venue data, menus, and branding assets.
Supported the initial market entries into Dubai and Amman, assisting
in the foundational research and venue sourcing required for launch.
Developed core design skills in logo and menu editing to maintain
brand consistency across the platform.
