Roles:
• Structural Design & analysis, leading the design and
perform complex calculations for structural systems,
ensuring safety, strength, and durability under various
loads and environmental conditions.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical
reports, engineering calculations, detailed drawings, and
specifications for projects.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior
engineers and designers, providing technical guidance
and fostering professional development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors,
project managers, and other engineering disciplines to
ensure integrated and seamless project delivery.
• Site Inspections: Conduct site visits to evaluate existing
structures, assess construction progress, and ensure
compliance with design specifications.
• Site documentation: Review all the civil work
transmittals for ongoing projects in site regarding
materials, shop drawings & any related calculation.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs
and projects adhere to relevant building codes, industry
standards, and the companys quality management
system.
