Roles & Responsibility:
Key Result Areas:
• Directed end-to-end operations of MCPL - BHN division eastern region, including logistics (4 Expats & 30 Locals) and workshop (2 Expats & 130 locals)
• Directing, leading and motivating teams; imparting continuous trainings for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness and efficiency

• Improving business performance monitoring & analysis through various techniques like variance analysis, contribution analysis, sensitivity analysis, cost volume profit analysis, ratio analysis & analysis of operational/financial/KPI
• Formulating & implementing differentiating business plans, corporate policies and procedures, financial due diligence - internal controls, cost strategies, product costing & new business feasibility study aimed at achieving targeted organizational & financial goals & objectives
• Experience in identifying ways of strengthening & measuring internal controls, improving organizational efficiencies and adding value by matching organizational capabilities with client needs
• Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures
• Facilitating operational & financial trend reporting; analyzing variations and providing suggestive measures for the same
• Planning and executing monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules; providing monthly financial statements; administering the monthly closing process

• Leading an Accounting & Stores Team of 24 members and reporting to COO
