Scope Of Works: RC Works ( Segmental Box Girder Casting/Presstressing Works/Cable Stay Works / Piling and RC works/Cable Stay Works ).

1.Review and comments Documentation Method Statement and Monthly progress Report from Main Contractor.
2.Review and respond contractor corresponding related to technical and works schedule .
3.Manage the site project team to ensure smooth implication.
4.Providing information and notifying the Client’s Representative of any slow progress or non-response of the contractor under relevant clause of the Conditions of Contract to enable the Clients Representative to take the appropriate actions.
5.Inspecting, including the sampling, checking and testing ( when required) all material, workmanship to ensure that the completed works comply with the specification and the drawings. Issuing notices to the contractor of any defects or deficiencies.
6.To monitor the construction works carried out by contractors.
7.Ensuring that the site is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times
8.Liaising with all services authorities and Gorvement agencies with respect to the relocation of existing services, the provision of new services and stream or river works and diversion.
9.Attending all progress/technical and commercial meetings.
10.Liaising with authorities during Construction phase.
11.Liaising with Client teams and the contractor/s throughout the Project lifecycle.
12.Coordinating between the Contractor and Design team during the construction phase.
13.Reviewing the technical and Material submittals.
14.Monitoring and reporting any design or site issues in order to develop and improve the construction methodology.
15.Updating on the status of the Projects.
16.Coordinating with the relevant parties for all required approvals as per the project schedule.
17.Performing any related task as instructed by the Senior RE.

Responsible:

1.Prepare project plans and schedules;
2.Establish the project control system and measurement criteria;
3.Ensure all project activities are carefully monitored;
4.Resolve all conflicts promptly;
5.Maintain regular contact with staff, peers and subcontractors;
6.Manage the project team;
7.Monitor performance at all levels;
8.Ensure problems are promptly identified and corrective action taken;
9.Establish effective procedures;
10.Meeting with Prasarana/PMC/Consultant to discuss progress/issue/Problem arise.
11.To ensure 3M ( Material, Manpower and Machinery adequate ) in order during implementation the project.
12.Prepare Notice of Claim and Notice of Delay to Client
13.Prepare Handover documentation to Client and HQ.

Responsible: ( RC works and Infra Works)
1.Monitoring progress and performance of the contractors and instruct contractors on necessary procedures and actions to be taken to improve progress and performance.
2.Advising employer on the performance of contractors, sub contractors and supplier.
3.Verifying contractors progress claim..
4.Reviewing contractors EOT application recommended by consultant’s for ER approval.
5.Review and Comments Contrator technical submission and advise consultant to include PMC comments in the technical submission by contractor.
6.Facilitate Consultate and Contractor for the authority approval. ( Marine Department, Jastre ( EIA/EMMO) and Forestry Department ( mangrove area)
7.Review and comment Contractor submission on Method Statement and Marine Piling works.
8.Familiar with the casting Full Span Length Method (FSLM) Precast Segment Box Girder and launching method by Daelim-Swee.
9.Familiar cast in situ bridge deck stressing sequence of the pylon works.
10. Coordinate/delivery the SBG to MIna Jamarat site for Erection with Main Contractor.
11. Handle Erection and Stressing the SBG at Mina Site.
12. 24 hours works for Production and Erection of SBG ( @ shift )
