Accomplishments:
• Contributed to the success of the production supermarket project that aims at improving the process of material feeding and handling in Unilever's factory.
• Analyzed the process of receiving, storing, and sending material pallets to eliminate the problem of issuing wrong material to production.
• Proposed a redesign for a cartons conveyor to increase its capacity and facilitate feeding.
• Conducted an analysis to optimize the number of material feeding workers at the personal care production area.
• Improved the flow, operation, and safety in Unilever's warehouse by implementing the concept of 5s.
• Conducted a study to determine the optimal number of trucks.
