• Supporting the Store Manager in delivering store standards, implementing actions to maximize sell out and profit opportunities.
• Managing store processes and adhering to operational guidelines to achieve optimum profitably.
• Organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the workload.
• Managing the team to deliver operational excellence and premium levels of customer service. Set and follow up clear objectives for performance and personal development. Provide on the job coaching.
• Writing reports for senior management, which may include reports on finances, staff performance and service development.
• Ensuring team is aware of daily and weekly sales targets and current store performance.
• Controlling of petty cash, overtimes hours, and coordinating with the payroll department in a day-to-day basis.
• Driving store replenishment through the direct management of the team.


• Fully deputize for Store Manager in their absence and take full responsibility for the store operation and team.
• Organizing the store layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
