Responsibility: Sr. Planner including but limited to:
Prepare the technical proposal, prepare project management plan, summary
& details time schedule, resource plan and cash in-out chart. Analyzed major
critical path, manage all planning and risk service for the company. Undertook
day to day responsibility to control the delivery of work, gathered information
from project team and advise management for potential corrective action
and/or impact to the project, evaluated the progress on site through the
incoming regular construction reports and by frequent site visit against the
schedule and agreed milestone. Prepare Project’s Daily, Weekly & Monthly
Reports and coordination with Consultant on updating and recording progress.
Attend weekly and monthly progress meeting with client/consultant, analyzed
work performed to request payment from clients, verify/approval of
subcontractor progress/final invoices.
