Site Supervision & Drawing reviewing for Client Jeddah Municipality

Responsible for complete MEP works which includes Site monitoring, Drawing reviewing, material approvals, Daily reports, attending weekly progress meetings, attending client monthly meetings.
T & C and Final handover of the project to the End User

 Perform all daily Inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site  Cary out Inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.  Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site En-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
 Report to the QA/QC Manager, Control and monitor all activities related to quality management System QMS.  Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.  Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.  Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.  Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.
Installation and Supervision of all HVAC systems, which includes load calculations, equipment selection and application of chillers, package units, ducting and piping exhaust and other related services for high rise buildings.
 Installation and Supervision of all Plumbing services with hot and cold piping, pumps, valves and fittings.
 Preparation of detail concept of shop drawings, revisions, feasibility study and technical evaluation, planning and scheduling.
 Supervision of field works, Site Inspections, Approval of shop drawings, reviewing AS-Built Drawings and material submittal, quality controls.
 Preparation of weekly reports, coordination with contractor of various fields.
 Fanatical study for BMS scheduling of equipments following all the requirements of Civil Defense and other codes.
 Approving and correcting the shop drawings from the contractor for mechanical services according to the best of standards and coordinating the layout with other services.
 Approving the material to be installed as per the project requirements.
 Testing and commissioning of all mechanical services to the best of standards and values.
 Analyzing the request for payment certificates from contractor and clearing, according to the material supplied and work executed on site.
 Coordinating with other services for hurdle free mechanical layout.

 Installations of all Mechanical HVAC duct works, Plumbing (hot & cold water supply) works, Fire Fighting works and other Building services.
 Installation of all Plumbing services with hot and cold piping, pumps, valves and fittings
 Installation of all Drainage services inside & outside of the building.
 My responsibilities in this project included Review of Construction Drawings and Specifications.
 Dealing with the Consultants for the requirements and ensuring their satisfaction on job.
 Coordinating with Supervisor, QS, and Site Management & Suppliers for materials requirements.
 Monitoring the Contractors’ performance on various sectors for all Mechanical Building Services.
 Checking the quality and work progress as per schedule.
 Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
 Testing and commissioning of all mechanical services to the best of standards and values.
 Preparation of weekly reports and daily reports so as to update project manager with progress of work.
 Preparation of Material submittals and following up for approvals with Consultant.
 Installation of 1200/900 Dia F.C Transmission water line works including Butterfly valve, Washout valves and Air valves.
 Designing and Checking Profiles and cut & fill Quantities.
 Designing of Chambers of 1200/900 mm Dia pipe line, Cross section details, NDRCs, Profiles of Interconnections and also involved in preparation of all Shop drawings.
 Material Submittal checking and approvals corresponding to Transmission line.
 Inspecting NDRC works, Micro tunneling etc.
 Coordination with other pipeline and Low voltage cable projects crossing our proposed pipe line
