• Caltex administration building, jet fuel tanks farm & ground service trucks station at Marsa Alam international airport ( 82 million L.E).
• 57 service stations & 16 Lube marketing centers ( from 2 to 3 million L.E each).
• Caltex new administration & office building at Maadi ( 9 million L.E).
• Preventative & on call civil maintenance management for all the service stations network in Egypt, in addition to the damage claim management ( 6 million L.E annually).
• USTS (under ground storage tanks system) replacement global project, upgrades & minor replacement projects ( 26 million L.E).
o Responsible for planning future projects, opportunities grabbing, budget identification, validation & verification.
o Responsible for the creation & implementation of preliminary research package, - Final site ride & cost estimate, - Permitting & governmental affairs needed engineering documents & drawings, - Information package identification & completion, - Contractors prequalification, negotiation & selection, - Contracts & tendering, - Scheduling & pre-construction procedures, - Interim inspection & reporting, - Quality control & time frame and/verse cost tracking, - Expenditure analysis, - Start up & testing, - Handover to the operation unit & the retailer, - Post construction review & hold back release inspection.
