Understanding of the design submitted by consultants, leading the technical
department and insuring a better quality of work, submittal, progress sheets, and shop drawings in coordination with the designers and contractors.
Communicating with the clients and designers and following up revisions.
Following up with carpenters at the factory in terms of woodworks and paint works.
Quality control after installation prior to the consultants' inspection.
Coordinating with contractors on-site, installation and handing off projects.
