Managing day to day transport operation/activities, approvals, communications with various ADE Projects, division, Joint Ventures, Sub- contractors etc.
- Prepare budget for the financial year and managing operation within the budget.
- Arrange necessary resources to meet project deadlines and client's requirements.
- Communicate the important message effectively to the transport team.
- To set the SMART objective for the division for improvement.
- Attend financial meetings, prepare the quotations for the internal & external (joint venture) projects and to fulfill all the requirement of ADE Construction projects (Internal & External).
- Ensure that legal and statutory requirement are compiled in daily operation.
- Review financial reports related to transport division.
- Control variations and early communication of foreseeable changes related to transport activities & resources.
- Plan site set-up to move equipment’s, plant, materials & vehicles around site efficiently (e.g. hoarding, gates, site porta cabins, cranes, hoists, security, temporary services, material delivery and waste management strategy).
- Organized resources to work additional hours as required to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure that material movement to and from the work place does not cause damage to the works, the work force or the public.
- Attend meetings with ADE management, Joint Ventures & Sub-contractors etc.
- Liaise with ADE workshop department for under repair fleets and update to management.

Responsible for the management of workshop staff and ensuring all matters relating to mechanical services are achieved.
Supervise, plan and coordinate fleet servicing and maintenance activities
Ensures fleet asset and the designated workshop area is maintained in accordance with legislative requirements.
Facilitate the efficient delivery of mechanical services through communication, liaison, negotiation, and coordination with internal and external clients to manage client relations.
Provide technical and mechanical support to the tender committee including the purchase of parts and vehicles to be used on sites.

- Plan site set-up to move equipment, plant, materials & vehicles around site efficiently (e.g. hoarding, gates, site porta cabins, cranes, hoists, security, temporary services, material delivery and waste management strategy).
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing crawler mobile crushers and overseeing operations on-site.
- In charge of crawler crusher machine (TRAKPACTOR 320SR) operations and maintenance. Ensure crushers are maintained correctly to ensure proper crushing aggregate, reinforced concrete and asphalt material.
- Ensure achieving a high ratio of product reduction.
- Producing different sizes of limestone aggregate and backfill material as per QCS 2014. (Scalping - 0 to 5 mm, aggregate 5 to 20 mm, aggregate 10 to 32 mm, and Backfill material 0 to 75 mm
- Control variations related to transport activities & resources.
- Ensure vehicles and machinery are maintained and available for the projects.
- Manage resources as required to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Regular meetings with management, Joint Ventures & Sub-contractors etc. to retain project inquiries and timelines.

Managing Equipment’s, transport and Auto workshop division.
- Control and arrange equipment and transportation to different division.
- Excavation work form all civil sites.
- Maintain and repair equipment’s needed for projects.
- Manage the work shop finically and strategically.
- Daily screening of the expenses with income generated through equipment.
- Regular site visits to ensure proper usage of equipment.
