• Analyzing potential client’s needs through conducting meetings/ workshops with client’s representatives, and subsequently designing and submitting technical proposals illustrating the proposed project scope, methodology, time frame, and deliverables.
• Conducting project planning activities that include designing project implementation plans, setting budgets, identifying risks, and setting mitigation plans.
• Leading projects teams in all project stages and ensuring timely completion of projects with highest levels of quality.
• Conducting meetings/ workshops with client’s management and staff in order to understand current situations, adopted systems and procedures, as well as identifying gaps, redundancies and problems.
• Analysing client’s organizational and/ or strategic situation to identify problems, gaps, and issues.
• Utilizing technical knowledge and experience in designing strategies, systems, manuals, procedures, workflows, or solutions in order to serve clients needs and solve client’s problems, and guarantee client’s satisfaction.
• Leading project teams consisting of BI’s Consultants and Business Analysts as well as client’s staff members, in conducting project implementation activities and processes.
• Presenting project’s findings and deliverables to client’s management and concerned staff, answering any inquires and providing technical know-how.

Trained to subjects such as strategic planning, organizational development, project management and human resource management. Moreover, gained skills in preparing and giving presentations and conducting benchmark studies.
