 Prepare reconciliations of Bank.
 Preparation & Presentation of monthly Financial Reports, Monitoring and checking of all the accounting entries and ensure that it is posted to the proper accounts
 Receivables & Payable, Petty Cash, all purchase related entries.
 Monthly reconciliation of General Ledger and sub-ledger accounts - High volume
 Prepare and post journal entries for inter-company accounts.
 Perform financial analysis of monthly and quarterly activity.
 Prepare and review various financial reports requested by Senior Management.
 Prepare reconciliation of statements and accounts to system sub-ledger accounts to ensure accuracy

 Reporting to Chief Financial Officer & DGM- Finance & Accounts.
 Handling the Accounting Software GEMS (Global Enterprises Management System)
 Preparation & Consolidation of MIS Reports of Group Companies
 Preparation & Presentation of Financial Reports, Monitoring and checking of all the accounting entries and ensure that it is posted to the proper accounts.
 Preparing & Reconciliation Balance Sheet accounts.
 Handling Bank Guarantees, Term Loan issued to subsidiary companies.
 Supporting in Final Audit Consolidation of all the group companies.
 Acting as Contact Point for all banks to the all of our group companies
 Preparation of Leave & Service Indemnity statements on monthly basis
 Communication with banks regarding LC’s and other financials
 Handle audits with KPMG
