• Developing, implementing, and managing processes to ensure that Operations meet required specifications for quality, speed, and efficient delivery.
• Identifying and setting appropriate quality standards and KPIs for processes.
• Communicate quality standards and parameters to the Quality assurance team and operations team.
• Coordinating operations testing processes.
• Identifying and analyzing issues, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple areas; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
• Reviewing client, user feedback and issue recommend improvement plan and non-conformance reporting & Opportunity for improvement to internal stakeholder if needed

➢ Overseeing the development / remediation controls and quality standards for all distribution and inventory management activities
➢ Preform the quality oversight of all product quality holds and field actions impacting the Distribution Center.
➢ evaluating the company’s quality and distribution process capabilities against company and industry standards and regulatory expectations
➢ handling of distribution related customer complaints including track and trend and mitigation of Quality related issues.
➢ ensuring requirements for physical product testing (e.g. functional testing, visual inspection & verification) occurring in the Warehouse.
➢ overseeing the controls and quality standards for Quality systems validation, including WMS, Internal Audits, and other software systems used in BCO.
➢ ensuring management of Quality systems, including CAPA process and systems, document management, change control, training management, preventative maintenance systems
➢ Support the department appropriate goals and objectives, and business measurements

-Deliver Quality Annual Operation Plan Key Process Indicators (AOP KPIs).
-Prepare and issue periodic reports (KPI) relevant to quality.
-Facilitate and supervise on-line product quality control and Raw Material Acceptance that include interaction and guidance to the team of chemists and lab clerks.
-Ensure requirements of safety and hygiene are met in labs.
-Interact with relevant functions for segregation of “hold issues” in order to action them within 24 hrs. Provide analytical input and other information to quality manager for decision making pertaining to “Holds”.
-Interact with production team for action plan to prevent quality problems.
-Support and monitor implementation of PI systems such as lab system and Quality systems Health Audit (QSHA).
-Achieving quality systems external audits scores.
-Developing talents of chemists, microbiologists and clerks by giving them trainings for their area of expertise.
-Creating an inclusive & engaging environment.
-Implementing the Work-Life Balance System.
-Members and follow-up the completion of action plans made during CRP meetings.
-Ensure standards of personal hygiene /personal health /personal practices /Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) are met during the shift.
-Co-ordinate with the pest control contractor to make the whole premises a pest-free zone.
-Keep the facility clean, attend all line sanitation schedules /coordinate with the team and confirm PI sanitation standards are followed.
-Train the entire work force including third party contractors on GMPs, personal hygiene, CRP, Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP) programs.
-Ensure that the HACCP program is running according to schedule and that all aspects of the program are live and rectify any non-conformance as they may arise.
-Lead monthly food safety audit of the whole plant with CRP team members and follow-up the completion of action plans made during CRP meetings.
-Carry out all required shift wise line inspections, take immediate actions to correct any non-compliances to standards.
-Ensure standards of personal hygiene /personal health /personal practices /GMP’s are met during the shift.
-Actively participate in the internal and external CRP audits to expand the knowledge of PepsiCo CRP program.
-Actively participate in AMEA work groups attending conference calls and sharing related food safety information with the members.

-Quality Controller & Assurance.
-Food Safety Inspector.
- Analyze daily finished products, incoming raw and -packaging materials and ensure that only conforming products and raw materials are released and non-conforming ones are isolated and held further action.
-Ensure updated standards and methods are followed to achieve the product quality.
-Take immediate action in case of any non-compliance noticed during analysis by initiating relevant Hold/Release exercise, moreover Interact with relevant functions for segregation of “hold issues” in order to action them within 24 hrs. -Provide analytical input and other information to quality manager for decision making pertaining to “Holds”.
- Support the team in case if troubleshooting happen for the lab instrument as well as targeting to maintain lab equipment in good condition while using.
-Participate with the representative team from quality during the regulatory visit such as Municipality, SFDA, SASO.
-Closely work with Production Dept (process & packaging section) with full understanding of PC, TC, Quavers and Popcorn process & packaging. Guiding / coaching the shop floor people to do the right things in view of consumer compliances. -Having critical experience in line star-up, shut-down, boil-out and sanitation.
-Involving in SAP Basic system.
