Preparing and submitting all work Inspection test reports (WIR).
• Review and analysis all MEP drawing materials, Schedules/programs of work, etc, .
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports & Reported with Manager.
• Execution of HVAC Works i.e. Ducting, Chilled water Piping, FCU, AHU, FAHU, Package Units,
Precision Air Handling Units, Pumps, Ventilation fan installation and connections.
• Monitoring of work as per specification, local & international standard codes.
• Day to day monitoring work and planning entire work.
• Ensure materials quantity required for execution of work from builders design.
• Attend the weekly progress meeting with Consultant, Client & Contractors.

• Preparation of External Static Pressure Calculation for Supply, Return, Fresh Air, Exhaust, Smoke
Exhaust Duct.
• Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawing, contract
Documents and project specification.
• Arrange the Shop drawings from design team & check once again before issuing to site supervisor & Foreman.

• Assist in Monitoring the maintenance progress and quality of work.
• Tackle the technical problems related to lifts & escalator projects.
• Recording and logging all work performed electronically, reporting to Service Manager.
• Made regular inspection of operation.
• Reporting to the Management budget allocation for repairs.
• Making sure equipment meets health and safety regulations.
• Responding to emergency breakdown call-outs.

• Designing of HVAC Systems which includes Heat Load Calculation, Duct Sizing and ESP Calculation.
• Preparation of Material Submittal for HVAC i.e. (FCU, AHU, FAHU, Package Units, Dampers,
Ventilation Fans, Grills & Diffusers)
• Prepare the procurement Schedule and follow up the supplier on daily basis.
• Ensure all required approvals are obtained on HVAC design prior to commencement of HVAC works at site.
