• Assign tasks and responsibilities to the maintenance team ensuring efficient use of manpower.

• Lead the effective implementation of approved plans in liaison with the discipline engineers and operations team across all the assets and equipment within set timelines and budget to facilitate uninterrupted operations.
• Manage the timely response to all emergency breakdowns and provide prompt corrective action, thereby minimizing downtime.
• Lead and manage the planning of preventive, corrective and condition-based maintenance plans / work schedules (including annual and long-term maintenance plans) for all types of maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical, etc..) across the facilities.
• ensuring that maintenance jobs are carried out timely, efficiently and cost effective with adherence to HSE standards.
• Review the daily maintenance / condition monitoring reports and submit periodic reports to the management, keeping them informed of all technical problems, if any, as well as recent changes or modifications on existing work or schedule.
• Lead the Maintenance management meetings so that the entire team is clear on the standards required and the maintenance programs that are underway.

• Carrying out comprehensive maintenance work for the electromechanical systems in the Ministry of Justice
buildings (24 buildings).
• Contributing to leading the technical team consisting of 540 technicians and following up on the progress of
work in various buildings.

• Leading and Supervise a technical team consists of more than 40 workers to cover 24 hours / 7 days a week of operations and maintenance activities.
• Develop and coordinate all maintenance activities related to all systems (Firefighting, Pluming, HVAC, Irrigation, etc.) with an emphasis on corrective, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
• Responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery are functioning efficiently and effectively, and that all maintenance and
repair activities are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance activities.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Negotiating vendors contracts.
• Supervising maintenance workers and ensuring they follow safe work practices.
• Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities.

• Supervise & Coordinate all Maintenance activities related to mechanical systems (Firefighting, Plumbing, HVAC, Irrigation, etc.) including Corrective, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance which had been done by
subcontractors.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are conducted effectively.
• Ensure reactive work requests are facilities via the helpdesk and work closed when works are completed.
• Prioritize the help desk requests and ensure that repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
• Facilitate quotes for reactive repair works if needed.
• Personally inspect property on a regular basis to ensure all repair work is being done properly, safely and in a timely manner.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of service provider carrying out planned and reactive works.
• Ensure 3rd parties works reports are produced in accordance with contract requirements.
• Prepare and submit a summary report of the property conditions related to mechanical systems and the best recommend actions to be taken if required.

• Inspection of fire protection and fire detection systems in accordance with Kuwait fire code and international standards (NFPA).
• Review of documents and technical data related with fire protection systems and materials to make sure they are fit for purpose and safe.
• Identifying improvements and solving fire engineering problems in buildings.
• Organizing site visits and prepare subsequent reports.
• Reading, interpreting and explaining complex technical documents in fire protection systems to the client.
• Drawing the fire protection systems and fire detection systems on the Architectural plan for any building.
• Doing Survey for the client’s property and determine what it need for installing a fire protection system on it.
• Responsible for the presence at the site during the KFF inspection (to renew the fire license for the building and make sure that examination successfully passed.

• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training for improvements.
• Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs and labor required.
• Establishing safety procedures and protocols that minimize the risks.
• Identifying, documenting and reporting unsafe practices.
• Monitors and maintain the stock levels to minimize operation risk of shortage and downtime.
• Evaluate orders receive and the machining requirements in order to forecast the production timeline and resources.
• Evaluates production costs on daily basis.
• Identifies improvement areas and suggest changes.
• A member in a team which prepare PPAP (Part Production Approval Process) for the new products, including PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and control plan process flow chart.
• Prepared the factory to be ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified.
