- Shared in preparing a wide range of the products & medication required for establishment and start-up of Daman’s Pharmacies.

- Determining the staff needed based-on volume of the forecasting prescriptions & Pharmacies needed.

- Assist building the medication management and use - MMU.

- Assist in Developing marketing plans of the target segments (patients / customers) and the related products & medication.

- Member in the Pharmacy & Therapeutic Committee.

- Pharmacist in charge.
- Organize, direct & issuing the requests form of medical stores.
- Managing & arranging some orders from suppliers and agents.
- Coordinate with the Physicians and patients regarding the medication dosage.
- Review & check all prescriptions and OTC medications based-on the
disease and potential side effects.
- Organize & manage the drug-inventory system to reduce the wastage of returned orders.
- Maximize the discount rates with the key suppliers.
- Assist in the improving of the labeling system.
- Provide special services to assist & advice patients regarding their
conditions such as diabetes, asthma, etc. (either in Pharmacy or via
phone)
- Contact the medical agents to take-back and change the expired
medications.
- Communicate with physicians in the clinics for any updates.
