I oversaw the implementation of comprehensive maintenance projects across a portfolio of
schools affiliated with Tatweer Buildings Company (TBC), encompassing civil, electrical, and
mechanical works.
Additionally, I conducted project management for the construction of five integrated residential
buildings.

I successfully managed a residential villa complex project, where the project was delivered on
time and within budget, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.

The project focuses on the development of a sewage network for a petroleum pumping station.
This includes a septic tank, filter, manholes, and a filtration area.

and concrete work to piping, backfilling, and insulation, ensuring high quality.
* Surveying Works: Operating leveling equipment and verifying proper elevations.

determining the necessary material quantities, and managing the budget.

The project consists of a large-scale steel structure (hangar) and building for administrative
offices, along with courtyard works including paving walkways and parking lots, platforms,
fencing, and the installation of hangar air conditioning and generators
